Payment by check:

If you prefer to prepay by check rather than major credit card, the best method is to simply add items to your DiscountedOfficeSupply.com shopping cart, print out the completed page which displays the items for purchase, and mail to our address above with your check or money order payable to Janisan. Please be sure to include contact information with your payment.

APO FPO and International orders:

DiscountedOfficeSupply.com does not ship to international locations nor do we ship to Military APO/FPO addresses at the present time.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground services unless the items that you order are too large, too heavy, chemically hazardous, etc.. Orders that cannot be shipped via UPS Ground services due to either size or weight will be shipped via LTL common carrier. Our minimum shipping charge is $10.95 or 15% of the sub-total of your order, whichever is greater. Due to the fact that we ship your order from one of 36 national warehouse locations nationdwide your order should reach you within 1 business day due. All deliveries made via LTL common carrier are either curbside or dock delivery and do not include inside delivery and/or setup. Truck deliveries typically require 1-3 additional days for delivery and an appointment may or may not be necessary. We will contact you if an appointment will be necessary for delivery.

Returns:

All unopened products purchased at DiscountedOfficeSupply.com can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. You can reach customer support at (888)526-4726. Products within the 10 day window which have been opened are subject to an open box fee of 20%. For products placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to DiscountedOfficeSupply.com shall be that of the customers.
